Our Story
He’s turn. She’s burn.
We’re married, and we make messes together.
Jason’s grandfather turned wood for many years, and upon his passing, left tools to Jason. And so began a season of amassing discarded logs, learning to use tools safely, and spending many hours scraping away in a chilly shed.
Danielle is an artist by trade. The promise of co-arting quickly lured her into the shed, pyrography tool in hand.
Turn+Burn Handmade is simply the outpouring of woodcraft that otherwise threatens to consume our home.
We enjoy making and sharing, and hope our hobby will bring you and yours a bit of joy, too.
